Meizu CEO Jack Wong Planning US Expansion!

Right on the heals of the photo release of the Meizu MX, Jack Wong has dropped another bombshell. He’s announced his plans to export Meizu products to the United States, and plans to open an official Meizu office in California.

In a forum posting, Meizu CEO Jack Wong compares this move to the flying house seen in the Pixar movie Up. Hopefully this will mean that Meizu products will be more readily available in international markets, and that Meizu will begin to provide product support to international users. Considering the quality of the Meizu products we’ve seen so far, I wouldn’t be surprised if this move Meizu does well abroad.
